New Home Style Coming to Marquis
The newest phase in Marquis will be offering a new Home Style to the community – Split Duplexes! Built by Pacesetter Homes and Sterling Homes, Split Duplexes offer a unique take on traditional duplexes. One home features a front attached garage, while the other home includes a rear detached garage.
Keep an eye on the Community Lot Map for these lots to be released.
Northeast River Valley Park
Just down the road from Marquis is Edmonton’s newest River Valley Park which is NOW OPEN. The park is 190 acres (even larger than Hawrelak Park!) and has unique features including covered barn bridges, a playground, walking trails, and a lake for non-motorized boating activities. This park is nestled along the North Saskatchewan River at 17 Street NE and 153 Avenue NE.
